Are you passionate about caring for a vulnerable population of seniors and coordinating their services so they can thrive in a homelike environment? River Terrace Memory Care, our beautiful community located in Oregon City, OR has a current opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse. Coordinate and provide nursing care and services including:
Complete resident health assessments
Monitoring of resident overall health
Investigation of injuries involving residents or staff
Part of service planning team
Coordination of resident care
Participate in care conferences
Participate and direct quality assurance investigations
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings
Communicate with state and assist in surveys
Help foster a positive team attitude in the community
AND anything that helps staff coordinate consistent, quality care and service in the facility. Other items as requested by the Administrator and/or anything else that is needed to keep the facility operating smoothly.

MUST be willing to work in Memory Care
Degree in Nursing and a current state license
Good computer skills
Ability to lift, push or pull 30 pounds, up to 30 times per shift
