MORE ABOUT THE LPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE POSITION:

# Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
# Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations

# Perform comprehensive health assessments of residents, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status
# Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided
# Administer medications according to physician orders, ensuring accurate dosage and proper documentation
# Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders, adapting care plans as needed
# Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays
# Educate residents and their families on health conditions, medications, and preventive measures to promote overall well-being
# Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization


JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR LPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE :

#1+ years of recent nursing experience required
# BLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
# Must be eligible to work in the United States
# LPN license in NC
