Hospital: TriStar StoneCrest Location: Smyrna, TN Address: 200 StoneCrest Boulevard Unit Name: PCU Building: Main Cost Center: 630 General Information Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds : 12 · Patient Ratios : 4:1 · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 tech for the unit · Type of equipment : GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis med dispense · Documentation system: Meditech · Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend · Floating policy: In rotation with full time staff and other travelers · Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, completion of communication board, medication teaching Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: Trauma III Requested Skill Set: post-cath care including TR band Must have : positive attitude, teamwork, problem solving Advanced skills needed: care of TR band, advanced pulmonary treatments, medication titration Procedures performed on unit: none Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS Dress Code : (Required uniform) · Charcoal gray scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. · Awards/Recognition: Please include anything that you would like prospective candidates to be aware of, such as, links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards.. · Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. ·
