We’re currently hiring in Ellicott City, Maryland to support a district in need of Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows.

SHC’s BUILD Your Future program provides a structured, systematic clinical support and career development program for Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows. SHC’s BUILD program offers a professional network and mentorships to help you overcome challenges and roadblocks while developing confidence and direction in your professional growth.

SLP Clinical Fellow Contract Details:

$47.50 – $51 per hour
$3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
Options to renew, transition to full-time, or try a new setting at the end of each contract
Flexible schedules within school bell hours
SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student
Year-round pay packages are available

Requirements:

Master’s degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree
Maryland SLP License
American Heart Association BLS
ASHA Certification
No prior experience is required
