Job Duties:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Connecting with patients and their families

Improving the quality of life of individuals with various needs

Determining physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription

Helping patients meet their goals and return to the highest standard of living as they are able

Collaborating with our professional treatment team to create the safest, best situations for our patients, keeping them in their homes as long as possible

Communicating client needs with their physicians

Evaluating treatment plan, adjusting when necessary

Documenting patient care services by completing necessary patient paperwork and department records

Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
