Shift : Days, 6:45a-7:15p, 12x4, 48 hours per week, will accept 36's, EOW
Length : 18 weeks
Requirements:

~ AL license
~2 years experience
~ BLS
~ Cardiac Monitoring, gastrointestinal experience, renal failure, IV, heparin/insulin/PCA, ortho experience, CVA, spinal cord and traumatic brain injury experience required, respiratory experience required skills required
~ Chemotherapy administration certification preferred
~ Electronic Documentation preferred

Med Surg & MS/Tele Ratios: 1:5/6 with occasional 1:7. This is a fast pace/high case load facilityFirst time travelers are acceptedMust be willing to float within specialty and between campuses (4.5 miles away)Must pass cardiac exam during orientationEMR experience required though Meditech Expanse training is covered during orientation
Other Details: Nursys: No hits are allowed, if there is a hit of ANY kind it is an automatic redirectLocals are welcome to submit

Unit InfoUnit is primarily Ortho/post-surgical and trauma; a select part of the unit is dedicated to oncology patients. Chemotherapy is sometimes administered by trained nurses who are certifiedMust be willing to float within specialty and between campuses (4.5 miles away)

Each Unit has a maximum about of approvals per holiday - once reached we will be unable to request that date.
