*Compensation:*
* $29.87-$35.02 per hour based on years of experience

* Valid Arizona LPN license
* Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply if needed)
* Current TB Test (also available on-site if needed)
* Current Hands-on CPR/AED certificate for Healthcare Professionals
* Able to read, write, and speak English.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to respond appropriately to diverse resident needs.
* Ability to perform physical demands of the job, such as assisting residents' movement.
* Ability to multi-task in a high stress and fast-paced environment.
* Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism.
*Job Duties*
* Assist with direct resident care, as needed.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
* Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs, symptoms, and medication effectiveness.
* Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
* Answer residents calls and determine how to assist them.
* Assembles and uses equipment such as catheters, oxygen supplies, etc.
* Complete any documentation and charting daily for residents.
* Act as an advocate for the residents when indicated.
* Provide care in privacy, and that residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect.
* Perform diagnostic tests as ordered by the physician.
* Arrange medical transport per policy.
* Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
* Assist with the ongoing therapeutic management of stable long-term issues in the chronically ill elderly.
