Pay: $68.00 an hour + Potential Monthly Bonus


Location: Vancouver, WA


Status: Full-Time


Schedule: 4 days per week, including 2-3 Saturdays per month


Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm, Sat 8:30am-3/5pm


Position Summary:


With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic treatment team in Vancouver, WA. Our company is medically-based, so as the Nurse Practitioner, you will help our clients achieve the aesthetic results they've always wanted while providing them with excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:


Perform all laser hair removal treatments within Milan Laser established treatment protocols and procedures
Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair free goals
Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals
Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care
Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device
Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans

Requirements:


Active, unencumbered NP license
Active ANCC or AANP national certification in family medicine specialty
Out of state travel for training may be required
Passionate about providing excellent patient care
Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Be able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
