Job Description E S S E N T I A L J O B F U N C T I O N S: Bend, form and install all tubing on units. Do tubing layout of unit in accordance with blueprints in shop packets. Identify and install valves and / or devices on unit. Some electrical knowledge needed. (occasional), Standing (constant), Walking (frequently), Bending (frequently), Climbing (frequently), Crawling (occasional), Reaching (frequently), Grasping (frequently), Sitting (occasional), Connecting (frequently), Pulling (frequently), Reading Prints (frequently), Judgment (frequently). Must understand and follow safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Must follow written and oral instructions. Vision corrected to 20/20. Handling equipment (frequently). E N V I R O N M E N T A L F A C T O R S: Manufacturing – Exposure to noise, dirt, dust, cold/heat (indoor), cold/heat (outdoor). Job hazards of working around heavy equipment and machinery. T O O L S A N D E Q U I P M E N T U S E D: Tape measure, small hand tools, power tools and drills. Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S: Possess complete understanding of P& I D on electrical drawings as applicable. Use hand tools, electrical equipment and measuring tape. Ability to maintain clean and safe work area and/or equipment as required. As a condition of employment, active participation in a Continuous Improvement Team is required.
