This position provides basic support and preventative maintenance on production equipment.

Perform documented intermediate level PMs on equipment.
Execute projects assigned, with guidance, on equipment improvements, rebuilds, or basic troubleshooting.
Following manufacturer’s instructions, manuals, and diagrams, diagnose and troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
Assist other Maintenance Techs on advanced PM’s and equipment troubleshooting.
Track maintenance activities in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
2+ years of experience working on mechanical systems.
~ Basic level experience with CNC equipment.
~ Proficient working with computers and Microsoft Products.

Must be able to read and write English.
Work on feet for entire shift.
Ensures all maintenance actions are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.
2+ years of CNC equipment operation – Mills, Lathes, Hones.
~2+ years of experience performing PM’s and troubleshooting CNC equipment issues.
~ Experience managing spare parts inventory.
~ Forklift certification.
