Southeastern University - Lakeland, Florida School of Trades POSITION TITLE: HVAC Instructor CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Faculty DEPARTMENT: School of Trades STARTING DATE: January 2024 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ● Minimum 4,000 hours of hands on experience in the HVAC trade. EPA Certification and Technician / Apprenticeship Certification is desired.

• Evidence of professionalism and customer service commitment.
• Christian commitment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Evidence of experience mentoring apprentices.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Primary responsibilities will be the instruction of commercial and residential HVAC techniques and professional skills in pre-apprenticeship and pre-certification programs.
