*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in various settings, including inpatient and home health environments. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance the quality of life for patients of all ages.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
* Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and strategies for injury prevention.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through continuous education and professional development.

*Experience*
* A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
* Previous experience in inpatient settings, acute care, or home community care is preferred.
* Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential.
* Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
* Familiarity with discharge planning processes is beneficial.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
