*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be skilled in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including geriatrics, pediatrics, and those requiring acute care. The Physical Therapist will work in various settings, including clinics and home health environments, to enhance patients' physical well-being and mobility.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop personalized care plans that address the specific needs of each patient.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and techniques for home care.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
* Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

*Qualifications*
* Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
* Experience in geriatrics, pediatrics, acute care, or home health settings is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
* Ability to develop effective care plans based on individual patient assessments.
* Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $46.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
