*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various physical therapy practices, including pediatrics, orthopedics, and geriatrics. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery and overall well-being. The Physical Therapist will work in a collaborative environment, providing high-quality patient care in either a hospital or clinic setting.

*Duties*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient evaluations and progress.
* Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
* Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
* Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients in acute care or outpatient settings.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

*Requirements*
* A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
* A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, geriatrics, or acute care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
* Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques related to patient care and rehabilitation.
* Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field of physical therapy.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $46.00 - $48.00 per hour
