Title: Registered Nurse, Cardiology
Shift: 5x8 Mon - Friday
6 month contract to hire
The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills to foster and contribute to a collegial environment, with the primary focus of providing outstanding care to our patients and their families. prepping clinic, triaging patients, patient education, requesting confidential medical records. Overall, the ideal candidate should enhance the way healthcare provider’s interaction with patients and their families as well as each other.
Facilitate an exceptional patient care experience by ensuring and assisting patient flow within the office, attending to needs of patients, their families and medical staff
• Obtain and document appropriate vital signs and health history information in Electronic Health Record (Allscripts).
• Telephone and walk-in triage,
• Provide excellent, clear documentation in every area of the office. All documentation is done in the Electronic Health Record, either by entry or by scanning documents.
• Assist in other areas of office as required.
Graduate of an accredited RN program
• 1 year in medical office/clinic setting
• Working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel preferred
• Epic Electronic health record experience preferred
