You will have a positive impact on our participants in a relaxed environment, and our shifts run Monday-Friday, leaving your evening and weekends free Best of all, we offer the time to meet your clients needs, unlike the pace of acute care.
Our RNs:
Address and document client health care needs and changes in condition through assessments, treatments, and interventions to meet WAC guidelines and Full Life Care policies.
Communicate client health information and care needs to team members, caregivers, and providers.
Provide health care expertise during team discussions and care planning.
Monitor and document client progress toward service goals and adjust services as needed.
Maintain safe and clean environment and apply universal precautions and other measure to prevent the spread of illness.
Maintain client confidentiality per HIPPA requirements.
Maintain and order health care supplies as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed
Must be licensed in state as a Registered Nurse and have one or more years of experience in a health or social services setting.
Be a graduate of an accredited RN program.
Have knowledge of DSHS regulations.
Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with hub team members and external constituents.
