About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Quoting Center of Excellence Specialist to join our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization and Global Renewals Management Function within the Customer Acquisition and Retention Excellence Organization.  As a key sales and operations support function, the Quoting COE Specialist is critical to CrowdStrike’s ability to achieve sustainable retention of key accounts, protect annual recurring revenue (ARR), and drive operational discipline in the field for renewals management and deal support activities. This critical teammate will be responsible for: (i) scaling the quoting center of excellence and (ii) driving execution through cross-functional partnerships across the organization.

What You'll Do:

Support the Field Sales Organization and Sales Operations team in driving ARR retention at scale through execution of the following: 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Deal Review, Pricing, Product, Sales Operations and IT to implement our business policies and GTM offerings in CPQ

  • Partner with Enterprise Renewal Specialists, IT, Finance and Sales Operations to create streamlined quoting processes

  • Document complex quoting best practices for CrowdStrike’s portfolio of products

  • Act as Quoting Subject Matter Expert in the new product introduction process and work cross-functionally to design quoting best practices for new and existing products

  • Ensure quoting enablement materials are built and the field is enabled on quoting best practices           

  • Act as a business partner to the CPQ IT deal in driving business requirements for system enhancements, testing and validating that the new functionalities work as intended by the business

  • Drive improvement, simplification, and automation across the team by building scalable work processes and eliminating inefficiencies

  • Ensure operational readiness for new GTM offers, coordinating with cross-functional partners to enable readiness to quote new offers/products

  • Build relationships and feedback loops with partners including Product, Sales/Partner, Sales Operations, IT, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance teams

  • Document pricing /quoting implementation requirements, process flows, and use cases across CPQ and Pricing workflows

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on quoting, product configurations, go-to-market processes

  • Effectively collaborate with business partners to set objectives and timelines to executing quoting changes

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to cross functional stakeholders

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of work experience in sales operations, deal desk, finance, or contract management is required

  • Experience with SaaS and subscription products as well as an understanding of best practices for enterprise selling models

  • Experience with Pricing/Quoting processes and how GTM offerings can be supported in systems (end to end)

  • Experience with and understanding of best practices with Salesforce.com and CPQ

  • Ability to work independently yet support team responsibilities on an on-going basis.

  • Experience and proficiency with MS Excel

  • Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements.

  • Tech savvy & excited to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetings

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized
