Resort Services Host – Immediately Hiring

Spend your summer at the lake As a Resort Services Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our summer guests at our marina & resort. You will be the initial point of contact for guests, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and various guest service needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. $15.00 - $17.00p/hr DOE
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Guest Reception:**

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.

- Assist guests with check-in procedures.

- Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and services.
2. **Reservation Management:**

- Assist guests with making reservations for boat slips & camp sites.

- Ensure accuracy of reservation information and availability.

- Process reservation requests efficiently and accurately.
3. **Customer Service:**

- Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.

- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Assist with any retail purchases and inventory and occasionally pumping fuel for boat docks.
4. **Administrative Tasks:**

- Maintain accurate guest records and information.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions for reservations and purchases.

- Assist with various tasks as needed such as; light cleaning/stocking of store, stocking coffee station.
**Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service, or a related field preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfortability in managing phone calls. - Flexibility with work schedule (typical schedule will be Wed – Sun) and ability to work all summer holidays.
**Physical Requirements:** - Must be 19+ years old. - Ability to stand, walk, and move around the resort for extended periods. - Ability to lift and carry
25 pounds. - Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, exposed to various weather conditions. - Comfortability walking on floating docks
