CV Resources is currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Financial Analyst to join our client's growing team The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis and a keen interest in contributing to the success of a well-respected banking organization. While familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) principles is a requirement, this role will encompass a broader range of responsibilities within the finance function and report directly to the CFO.

*This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be able to commute to Albany or Eugene, OR by car with relatively short notice* Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes within the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and presentations for senior management, board meetings, and regulatory purposes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategic initiatives and business planning.Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned, leveraging analytical tools and techniques to address specific business challenges or opportunities.Support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Stay informed about financial industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's financial performance or operations.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial analyses and reporting activities, adhering to established policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Familiarity with banking regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all financial activities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
