Pay Range $150,000 – $180,000 per year plus annual bonus and a robust benefits package. Responsibilities Shape and execute powerful SEO and AI strategies to accelerate organic and social growth. Lead the execution and optimization of performance-driven initiatives across search AI. Improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey through rigorous testing and analysis. Measure impact, communicate insights to stakeholders, and oversee reporting and forecasting across all company markets. Manage budgets, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and stay on top of industry trends to keep the strategy ahead of the curve. Qualifications Deep SEO expertise with strong analytical instincts. Proven leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
