PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – Georgetown, Texas Signature Healthcare is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic leader to assume the CEO position at our facility located in Georgetown, Texas. The right candidate must be ready to build and model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership to the Executive team, and effectively communicate and empower staff to the vision for the facility. This hospital provides inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse disorders treatment to all age groups. Responsibilities The CEO will lead all hospital operations, ensuring alignment of staff, physicians, and community stakeholders. Functional responsibilities include building positive working relationships with physicians and employees, delivering best‑practice, evidence‑based care, and building programs to meet community needs. Qualifications The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven history of executive management experience in the behavioral healthcare field, possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and be an excellent communicator. The CEO must maintain a laser‑strength execution focus with a patient‑centric philosophy of care. Required Background Experience Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive psychiatric hospital administration experience in a culturally diverse, competitive urban environment. Compensation An excellent compensation program will be offered. Base salary will be supplemented by a performance‑based bonus and a comprehensive benefit program. Education/Certifications A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing is preferred.
