**Position Overview:**
As an Apprentice Electrician with Absolute, you'll be an essential part of our team, learning and growing alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge. From assisting with installations and repairs to mastering the fundamentals of electrical systems, you'll gain valuable skills and hands-on experience that will set you up for success in your career. And the best part? No on-call rotations because we believe in work-life balance for everyone, including apprentices.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist residential wireman and/or journeyman electricians with installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Learn and apply electrical theory and practical skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Embrace opportunities for continued learning and skill development through on-the-job training and classroom instruction.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to support project objectives and deadlines.

**Qualifications:**
- Enrolled in an accredited Electrical Apprenticeship program preferred

- Electrical trainee card preferred
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the electrical industry.
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols at all times.
