Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to join our AAHA-accredited team We can offer up to $50K in bonuses, comprised of sign‑on, retention, and relocation assistance if applicable, and an opportunity for a cash buy‑in of up to 10% of the hospital. The Opportunity As the Medical Director at Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital, you will provide medical leadership for the hospital, ensuring quality care is provided, while also managing associate veterinarians and assuring regulatory compliance. Alongside the Hospital Manager, you will oversee the hospital’s financial performance, preparing operating and capital budgets, and ensuring budget expectations are met. Additionally, you and the Hospital Manager will oversee staff and the overall management of the practice under the direction of National Veterinary Associates (NVA) Divisional Leadership.
