Minimum of 4 years post‑graduate experience as a PMHNP, preferably in telehealth; prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavioral health is a plus. Active, unrestricted license and DEA number; licensing assistance available. Preferred licensure in markets where Talkiatry has active needs or ability to obtain autonomous licensure. Required Experience Administering initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, medication management, and psychoeducation/supportive therapy. Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record system to maintain accurate patient records. Passion for high‑quality care and best practices in virtual telepsychiatry. Excellent clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a proactive work ethic. Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous education.
