You’ll focus on product delivery of new features and services, operational excellence and directly enhancing reliability and performance of core services. Your contributions will result in:Delivering High-Impact Solutions: By turning business requirements into actionable tasks, you will ensure that our technical teams deliver solutions that meet both business needs and exceed customer expectations.Enhancing Platform Stability and Efficiency: Your attention to operational details and problem-solving approach will lead to improved system reliability and streamlined processes, reducing downtime and enhancing user experiences.Delivery of Product Roadmap: Through efficient backlog management and cross-functional coordination, you will reduce bottlenecks, enabling faster time-to-market for critical features and enhancements.Strengthening Stakeholder Alignment: By maintaining strong communication channels with business development, marketing, and engineering, you will ensure that projects stay aligned with company goals and provide measurable business value.Ensuring Continuous Improvement: Your focus on iterative enhancements will lead to ongoing improvements in product performance, customer satisfaction, and internal operational efficiency.What you’ll do:Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business development, marketing, engineering, and other internal teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with both business and customer needs.Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are prioritized based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.Execution Focus: Lead the execution of core product initiatives by working with project managers/development leads, driving projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define detailed user stories, set clear acceptance criteria, and ensure seamless communication across departments.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other stakeholders to help define, align, scope, prioritize, implement, launch, learn, and enhance product features to improve user and customer experiences.Tradeoffs/Analytical thinking: Use data to drive decisions that balance functionality, customer experience and effort. Communicate to stakeholders and technology teams effectively in managing change.Meeting Budget Goals: Strive to be a frugal steward in achieving product goals with budget constraints.Technical Problem-Solving: Address and resolve technical challenges as they arise, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure continuous progress and minimize disruptions.Sprint Planning & Management: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.Product Launch Support: Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth product launches, while monitoring customer feedback and resolving post-launch issues.Continuous Improvement: Leverage data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, optimizing product quality and customer satisfaction.What you’ll need:Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:7+ years of experience in technical product management or product ownership, with a focus on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric solutions.Previous product development or product management experience in launching or maintaining mobile applications or mobile SDK products.Previous experience with application versioning and release management into Apple and Google app stores.Prior experience integrating with Identity & Access Management systems including OAuth2, Token Management, Token Exchange and OTP preferred.Prior experience working in a DevSecOps model preferred.T echnical Skills:Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience in backlog management, user story development, and working closely with engineering teams and other product development teams to drive execution.Soft Skills:Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams, including business development, legal, product marketing, project/program management and engineering.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, solve complex problems efficiently, and keep the customer at the forefront of all decisions.Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.Our goal at SiriusXM is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism and cooperation.
