This is an exceptional opportunity for an energetic dentist to build their success Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Key Highlights Location: Baltimore, MD Patient Base: Pediatric care, 85% Medicaid with other payors Practice Highlights Approximately 85% Medicaid patient base Modern, well‑equipped operatories Established and loyal patient community Collaborative, family‑oriented culture Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed minimum: $700–$1,200 per day (depending on experience & specialty) Additional benefits: CE benefits, malpractice insurance Long‑term employment: Possible future ownership available Candidate Requirements Dental license: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding a Maryland license.
