Responsibilities:


  • Represent clients in complex construction disputes across state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and contract appeals boards.
  • Advise on and negotiate construction contracts, focusing on critical provisions related to project timelines, quality control, and dispute avoidance.
  • Handle a wide variety of claims including bid protests, delays, defective designs, and professional liability claims against architects and engineers.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on construction-related issues such as licensing, insurance requirements, and indemnity provisions.
  • Act as both advocate and neutral party in mediation and arbitration proceedings, aiming to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.


Qualifications:


  • Extensive experience in construction litigation, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar is required.
  • Deep understanding of construction law, including contract negotiation, project representation, and professional liability claims. Experience in federal and state court litigation is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage high-stakes litigation.
