As a Store manager, you will lead in day-to-day store operations which include (but not limited to): sales delivery, ordering, scheduling, merchandising, hiring and training. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, coach, and develop your team to drive sales and ensure a smooth, memorable in-store customer experience. Actively oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge of all products and sharing expertise with customers. Serve as a role model and leader, offering guidance and constructive feedback to support team growth. Recruit, hire, and train staff on store policies, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques. Manage inventory levels and purchasing, ensuring optimal stock availability and loss prevention. Foster a positive work environment by acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates. Support new store setup and assist with operational launches as needed. Perform additional duties as required to support business needs. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES Minimum 2 years of Store Management experience in a similar retail environment, with a proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills to foster team growth, improve performance, and drive results. Experience in beauty and skincare sales is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of product knowledge and customer engagement strategies. Sales and business acumen, with the ability to analyze store performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to drive sales. Inventory management experience, including stock control, loss prevention, and visual merchandising. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and enhance the customer experience. Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to quickly respond to changes in product trends, store policies, and business needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite for reporting, store operations, and communication. Highly motivated self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs. This job is expected to start in November. #J-18808-Ljbffr
