ON-SITE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced office manager for a company in the Salt Lake City/ West Valley, UT Area. We are looking for someone who is reliable, mature, coachable, and someone who can learn the trade. We are looking for someone with great customer service experience, and A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the office and providing support to management as needed.
ON-SITE MANAGER JOB DUTIES:
- Supporting Sales Representatives with proposals, memos, setting up conference calls, etc.
- Creating and maintaining reports in G-suite and Word
- Managing a multi-line telephone system
- Processing all in-coming and out-going mail
- Ordering supplies
- Supporting Management with day-today business needs
- Tracking Sales and marketing campaigns and making sure they align with Client expectations
- Researching market segments and other daily support activities
- Meeting potential walk-in clients and helping them with any sales support
- Face to Face interactions and possible de-escalation as needed
ON-SITE MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Must have strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational/time management skill
- Working knowledge of G-Suite, Excel & PowerPoint and the Internet.
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Good attendance and punctuality are a must
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Accounting experience
- Understand computer basics
- Clean presentable appearance
- Willing to learn and train in industry
Ability to actively participate in a team environment
