Sign on and relocation offered What You Can Expect From This Role Work as Team Lead RN based in the Emergency Department, but expertise in Behavioral Health Teach/mentor RNs in de-escalation techniques, restraint protocols, safety, psychopharmacology and other behavioral health topics Round with charge nurses on the inpatient units and may conduct debriefings with staff May do chart audits for restraint documentation Training and orientation provided for this role Continuing education scholarships—including conferences, certification, licensure Certification pay available Flex (0.3 FTE), evening shift opening (11:30–00:00), 1 x 12 hour shifts/week Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Nursing Degree Experience: 3 years’ experience; emergency and/or psych experience highly preferred Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross What’s In It For You At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
