Position: Testing Technician

OSNITE RICHARDSON TX

Description:

As a Testing Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various tests and inspections on our products, components, or systems to identify defects, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will also be responsible for creating Packing Lists, performing audits on material shipping, material in our system.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Prior experience in product testing, quality control, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in using various testing equipment and tools.

Strong attention to detail and precision in data collection.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and quality standards is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Test Execution: Conduct a wide range of tests, such as functionality, durability, safety, and performance testing, following established procedures and protocols.

2.Data Collection: Record and document test results accurately and thoroughly, maintaining organized and detailed test logs.

3.Equipment Operation: Operate testing equipment and tools, ensuring they are calibrated and maintained for accurate testing.

4.Troubleshooting: Identify, report, and help troubleshoot issues or defects in products, working closely with engineers or quality control teams.

5.Compliance: Ensure that all testing procedures and processes adhere to industry standards, company guidelines, and relevant regulations.

6.Safety: Maintain a safe testing environment, following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and hazards.

7.Reporting: Prepare clear and concise test reports for review by quality control and engineering teams, summarizing findings and providing recommendations.

8.Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to testing methods, equipment, or processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
