Job Description Experienced Estate Planning and Administration Attorney Description We are seeking a licensed attorney in South Carolina with experience in Estate Planning and Probate Administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, thoroughness, and diligence. Key Responsibilities Direct, hands‑on client interaction Managing client expectations Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Drafting, reviewing and executing documents in a timely manner Advising clients on estate planning and estate administration Delegating tasks to staff and other attorneys, as necessary Ensure compliance with all legal standards, applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility Maintaining accurate timekeeping and prompt billing practices Role in Firm This position will use the job title “Attorney and Counselor at Law” for correspondence. The position is full‑time. The position reports to the Managing Partner. Compensation $95,000 to $135,000 – compensation may depend on experience. Education and Licensure Juris Doctorate Licensed in good standing – South Carolina Experience and Qualifications More than three (3) years of estate planning and probate administration experience as an attorney is required.
