Introduction Our client is a hospital located in the heart of West Hollywood, Los Angeles, seeking to hire a dedicated Associate Veterinarian. This busy companion animal clinic treats cats and dogs and is looking for a veterinarian to join their progressive and supportive team. Working Hours / Rota This is a full‑time position with the expectation of working at least one weekend day. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The consistent schedule offers predictability and work‑life balance while contributing to the care of a loyal client base. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high‑quality preventive and primary care to canine and feline patients. Clinical duties include diagnostics, wellness care, and treatment, supported by modern equipment and a skilled support team. The hospital welcomes both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering a collaborative and learning‑focused environment. Practice Details The clinic is equipped with advanced tools including digital radiology, Tonopen, and specialized capabilities for treating feline hyperthyroidism. The focus is on preventative and primary care, with a steady caseload and supportive infrastructure that prioritizes both quality of care and efficiency. Team The hospital team includes three Associate Veterinarians, three Registered Veterinary Technicians, and 17 additional support staff. The culture is collaborative and mentorship‑focused, fostering an environment where continuous learning and team‑based care are key priorities.
