Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team in a casual but energetic work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and managing operations.DutiesAssist the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service excellence.Oversee daily processes to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.Manage staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.Help develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales reports, managing costs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff members.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.Collaborate with the management team to plan special events and promotions that drive business growth.QualificationsProven experience in management, knowledge of management practices and techniques.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.A passion for creating memorable experiences is a plus, along with experience in a family entertainment center setting is extremely beneficial.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.Join us in creating memorable experiences while advancing your career in managementRequired qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred qualifications:18 years or older
