What You’ll Receive: Base salary between $145,000 and $175,000 depending on experience Quarterly production bonus with no negative accrual Signing and relocation bonus available 4-day work week with regular hours and no weekends Paid vacation and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Continuing education stipend and paid CE days 401(k) with employer match Reimbursement for licensing, DEA, and professional memberships Discounted services for personal pets About the Practice: Four-doctor team with a strong sense of collaboration and mutual support Purpose-built facility with digital x-ray, in-house labs, ultrasound, and a dedicated dental suite Experienced support staff with a consistent 4 to 1 ratio 30-minute appointments and a well-managed daily schedule Strong mentorship available for newer grads or those returning to practice Focus on medicine, communication, and client trust over volume The Right Fit Is Someone Who: Enjoys working in general practice with a variety of cases Is confident in preventative care, diagnostics, and chronic case management Is open to routine surgery and dentistry, or comfortable referring if preferred Works well in a team and values communication with both colleagues and clients Is looking for long-term stability and a predictable schedule Why Elk Grove?
