About the Team

We are a close-knit, highly collaborative team providing a wide range of outpatient care for patients at high risk of heart disease. We offer diagnosis, management of acute and chronic conditions, and preventive care. Our providers and experienced team members enjoy mentoring and training on the job, supporting new hires for long-term success.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Part-time, 24-hour remote Triage RN to support our cardiology practice Monday through Friday. This Hybrid opportunity entails onsite coverage 1 or 2 days a week with the rest of the days being remote after successful completion of onboarding. We are flexible with the schedule and open to working 5, 5-hour days or 3, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Triage patient calls, assess nature of patient need, and develop plan of care
  • Patient education, post hospitalization follow-up
  • Clinical guidance and support to MA and LPN staff
  • Participate in departmental QI endeavors
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Current Massachusetts RN licensure
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
  • Cardiology experience preferred
  • Ambulatory phone triage experience preferred
