Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. We offer physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship for clinical excellence. W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits. Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in work schedules, typically a 45-hour work week for full-time positions. Paid training is provided. Requirements Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice. Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. Practice Overview Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or part-time options available. No call or weekend clinical responsibilities. Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility. Part-time role requires a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time is 4-5 days per week. This is a mobile practice: physicians visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location. Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. Clinical documentation is performed at the point of care during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR. Paid training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.
