To apply, click “Apply to Job” online on this web page.ResponsibilitiesManage cross-functional software engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.Apply their expertise in information technology and software engineering during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of technical projects.Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and convert them to technical requirements, managing prioritization with the engineering teams.Work closely with Meta’s product and engineering teams to define team needs, metrics, and key performance indicators.Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the team.Establish shared goals with product teams across the company to build alignment across multiple cross-functional teams and to build and scale products for Meta.Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, and work with engineering teams to define, evaluate, and prioritize program scope and implementation plans.Communicate cross-functionally and manage collaboration across multiple engineering teams.Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.Minimum QualificationsRequires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 12 months of experience involving the following:Technical product/program managementCoordinating technology programs or products from inception to deliveryGathering requirements and defining scope of user experience needsOperating autonomously across multiple teamsCommunicating and collaborating with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and productsEstablishing work relationships across multidisciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zonesWorking with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying technologiesCompensation and BenefitsPublic Compensation: $205,178/year to $226,600/year + bonus + equity + benefitsIndustryInternetEqual OpportunityMeta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
