Commercial Real Estate Attorney – Miami, FL We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team. This position focuses on providing comprehensive legal support for complex real‑estate transactions, ensuring compliance with real‑estate laws and regulations, and managing transactional work. Base Pay Range $180,000.00/yr – $225,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and financing documents. Conduct due diligence, reviewing title reports, surveys, environmental assessments, and zoning laws to ensure compliance with transaction terms. Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including risk mitigation and deal structuring. Represent clients in real‑estate litigation, such as disputes over leases, property rights, or transaction terms. Collaborate with attorneys, real‑estate agents, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions. Research and analyze complex legal issues related to commercial real estate, staying updated on changes in laws and regulations. Prepare and file legal documents with relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Qualifications / Skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a proven track record in handling complex transactions. Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in legal research tools and document management software. Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
