Base pay range $157,388.00/yr - $243,600.00/yr Location: Lansdale, PA For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Operations to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. As a Director Of Operations, you’ll keep the Aerospace & Defense operation running smoothly, efficiently, and ready to scale. You’ll improve processes, remove friction, and help teams deliver reliably for customers and partners. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, and making complex systems feel simple.
