Senior Associate, Workday Talent and PerformanceJoin to apply for the Senior Associate, Workday Talent and Performance role at KPMG USResponsibilitiesLead the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions while executing day-to-day activities across managed services engagements including system enhancements, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvements, and strategic road mapping, all supported by thorough documentation of configuration decisions and solution designLead post-production optimization efforts, including new feature enablement and process improvement initiativesConduct configuration analysis and design sessions, implementing scalable and sustainable Workday solutionCollaborate with onshore and offshore team members to troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants to support their development and ensure quality deliveryConfigure and support Workday HCM modules with a focus on Talent Management, Performance Reviews, and Succession Planning, including business processes such as goal setting, talent reviews, feedback cycles, and career development planning, ensuring alignment with client‑specific workflows and organizational strategiesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualificationsMinimum three years of recent experience in post‑production, managed services support or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients in the area of Workday HCM, as well as Talent and PerformanceBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. Workday certification/skills in HCM and Talent and Performance are required. Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn't currently hold the certification will be required to secure it within three months from the commencement of employmentPreferred additional Workday certification/skills in at least one of the following such as HCM Core, Advanced Reporting, Learning, People Experience, Recruiting, and BenefitsProven ability to collaborate with integration teams to support interfaces between Workday and HCM & Talent and Performance external systemsStrong business knowledge of HCM, Talent, and Performance processes, including goal management, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent reviewsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
