This role involves managing urgent personnel or operational issues as they arise and maintaining smooth pharmacy operations.Key duties include interpreting prescriptions, compounding, and dispensing medications per physicians' and authorized prescribers' orders. The coordinator provides essential medication information to patients and healthcare professionals, promoting safe and effective medication use.Under the guidance of the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Operations Coordinator handles various tasks with moderate supervision and exercises initiative and judgment to meet the pharmacy's needs.
