An equipment repair facility in Topeka, KS is immediately seeking experienced Diesel Truck, Agricultural, and Heavy Equipment Mechanics.

Pay is based on experience - between $25 - $55 /hr with as much (or little) OT as you want. Overtime and Double time opportunities are available

The Ideal Diesel Mechanic:

Diagnose and perform preventative maintenance for heavy-duty diesel vehicles and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair all diesel equipment including Class 8 Trucks, Agricultural, and Heavy Construction Equipment
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment
Provide repair and maintenance to diesel and gasoline engines
Perform maintenance/emergency repairs on the fuel, brake, electrical and transmission systems of diesel trucks
Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear
Perform light repairs and minor electrical repairs
Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
