Details:
• Shift Hours:  Work only 15 shifts per month (3 Shift options available)    
   o Straight Day Shift:  7:00am-7:00pm (3 days 1 week, 4 days the next on                2-2-3 work schedule) 
   o Straight Night Shift:  7:00pm-7:00am (3 nights 1 week, 4 nights the next                2-2-3 work schedule) 
   o Rotating Shift: Days 7:00am-7:00pm & Nights 7:00pm-7:00am on 2-2-3                work scheduling rotating between days/nights every 4 weeks
• Pay Rate:  $20.00-23.00/hr. based on experience, night shift differential of    $2.50/hr.
• Superior, WI

Position Information:
• Set-up and run production equipment
• Perform machine procedures including shut-down, start-up, changeovers, etc.
• Participation in equipment training program curriculum
• Examine products for quality requirements and non-conformance
• Monitor product quality and scrap
• Strong interaction with co-workers, assisting co-workers with changeovers and other needs

Required Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, plastic experience preferred but not required
• Strong technical/mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work with measurement tools including calipers and tape measures
• Basic computer knowledge
• Effective communication skills along with a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
