The ideal A&P Mechanic candidate should have training or experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing both routine and complex maintenance on a variety of airframe types in a part 135 repair station setting. Experience or training with piston engine (General Aviation) aircrafts is highly desired. Newly certified A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) mechanics and military veterans with A&P credentials are encouraged to apply The A&P Mechanic opportunity offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunity with a stable employee-owned company. Perks include profit sharing and airline discounts. Licensed Mechanics at all levels are encouraged to apply. The starting hourly rate is $24/hr for newly licensed A&P mechanics, and will increase based on experience level. Ample training and opportunity for mentorship is available.
