Mechanical Engineer

Seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. This role will require expertise in plastics engineering, hands on experience with either blow molding or plastic extrusion equipment, along with project management and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.

Duties:
-Project management throughout the process of product development and/or process improvement
-Provide guidance on best manufacturing options for new business opportunities with a focus on cost, process optimization, and quality control.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering
-3-5 years of hands-on experience
-Knowlege of blow molding or plastic extrusion processing
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication skills
