Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service experiences each day in a phone-based environment.
Utilizing sound drug knowledge to effectively assist patient questions over the phone.
Processing prescription information with speed and accuracy.
Responsible for billing patient medications accurately.
Maintaining patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Serving as a liaison between the clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on our patient’s behalf.
Performing in a high volume, fast paced environment to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and meet clinical requirements prior to fulfillment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Comfortable working in a phone-based environment.
Exceptional customer service skills, serving patient needs over the phone.
Thorough drug knowledge.
Ability to utilize technology and work within multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders.

Requirements:
Must be 18+ years of age. High school diploma /GED
Experience pharmacy setting required
Must hold a current registration with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy or be willing to register with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy.
Ability to perform in an office-based setting.
