Oracle Cloud SCM – Order Management / Order to Cash Lead We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM – Order Management / Order to Cash Lead to support and guide our clients through successful Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. The ideal candidate will provide expert solutions consulting by understanding business requirements, translating them into functional designs, and ensuring high-quality delivery through configuration or team-driven development. Your Role Lead client process walkthroughs to understand business workflows and align requirements with Oracle Cloud SCM functionality. Serve as a client-facing consultant to gather, define, and refine business requirements. Identify optimal use of Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities, with a strong focus on Order Management / Order to Cash processes. Collaborate with integration teams to support interface requirements and cross-application workflows. Contribute to key project activities including configuration, testing, training, data migration, and change management. Lead or manage teams on large Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. Serve as the design authority for Oracle Cloud SCM modules within your area of expertise. Develop innovative Oracle Cloud SCM solutions to address complex client challenges. Provide advisory services across broader technology-driven business transformation, such as vendor selection, solution architecture, and program assessments. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence. Your Skills & Experience Strong manufacturing experience with Oracle SaaS applications, specifically in Order Management and Order to Cash. 8–10 years of experience in complex Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud SCM design and implementation experience in lead roles. Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills. Solid understanding of planning and supply chain business processes. Experience in pre-sales solutioning and guiding teams through the full software development lifecycle. Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain application experience. Completed at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of SaaS SCM modules. Highly motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in Oracle Cloud SCM delivery.
