Our dedication to satisfying our clients’ needs is driven by a passionate team of dedicated staff with over 10 years of experience.Job DescriptionPermanent Direct Hire Full TimeThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cost accounting and AP functions at the plant level, providing full administrative support to the Plant Controller and Director of Operations and/or staff managers. Key responsibilities include:General ledger accountingAccounts receivableTooling accountingFinancial statement preparationBudgeting and forecasting for the Marshall operationCreating budget for finance departmentDeveloping and reviewing department budgets with department and staff managersAssisting in creation of Operating Plan (OP) and Long Range Plan (LRP)Cost and quoting new businessFinancial analysis of capital expendituresKeeping abreast of company standard practice instruction (SPI) changesCreating month-end reportsMaintaining Sarbanes Oxley complianceSupervising the functions of: Accounts Receivable, Project Systems, Financial ReportingResponsible for the accounts payable (AP) functionOverseeing analysis of inventory transactions and reporting the impact on the plant’s P&L to managementEstablishing policies and procedures for cost accountingManaging the cycle count process on the manufacturing floorOverseeing the annual physical inventoryTroubleshooting Accounts Payable problemsComplying with and supporting the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and proceduresQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:BS/BA with a concentration in Accounting5 years of experienceSAP FI-CO and Query experienceU.S. Citizens / Green Card HolderAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
