We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. UX Designer to join a dynamic team in Atlanta. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in user experience design, who can translate complex concepts into user-friendly and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product meets business goals and user needs.
  • Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to the development of design systems and standards.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in a lead or senior role.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user experience projects across web and mobile platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
